Timeshare
The resort has operated as a timeshare scheme since 1979 and offers a range of timeshare weeks available for sale. As these weeks are second hand weeks we can offer some very affordable deals. The resort offers Fixed ownership (NSW school holidays) and Floating ownership (non NSW school holiday dates).
An annual fee known as a maintenance levy applies each year for the upkeep of the resort and entitles the owner to 7 night’s accommodation at the resort or the ability to exchange to another resort utilising an external exchange company.
