COVID Safe Plan

We take the health of our guests and staff seriously and have a Covid Safe Plan in place to assist in containing the spread of Covid19.

All guests are required to complete a Pre-Check in Declaration prior to arrival

At the resort all guests are requested to observe the resort Covid19 rules at the time of their visit. Hand sanitiser stations and signage have been installed in key areas throughout the resort and hand soap has been provided in all apartments.

There may be limits and restrictions imposed on the number of people using facilities on the resort to meet the government guidelines of social distancing.

We have a strict hygiene schedule using cleaning products recommended by Safework Australia and this hygiene practice has been adopted throughout the resort.

If any guests booked to stay at the resort experience any Covid19 symptoms prior to arrival please do not come to the resort. Any guests exhibiting symptoms during their stay must notify management immediately.

Any visitors intending on visiting resort guests must register their names and contact numbers with Reception. In the event that this is outside of office hours those visitors are required to contact management on 0413 180 198.

Our safety plan is reviewed regularly and updated to meet current health orders ensuring all staff and visitors to the resort adhere to all safety measures accordingly.

Pre-Check in Declaration

By completing this form you declare:

  • I/We are not required to be in self-isolation or self-quarantine
  • I/We have not previously been diagnosed with Covid19
  • I/We have not been in close contact with a person who has a reported or suspected case of Covid19 in the past 14 days
  • I/We have not been or reside in a Covid19 hotspot as identified by the Chief Health Officer in the past 14 days
  • I/We have not shown symptoms of Covid19 being cough, sore throat, fever, shortness of breath or have any other cold/flu-like symptoms in the last 72 hours.

If any of the above questions apply to you or those travelling with you, please provide further details in a reply email so management can make a determination on whether it is practical for you to stay at the resort.

Management require that any persons visiting you or your guests during your stay register with Reception. In the event Reception is closed those visitors must text 0413 180 198 identifying their name, contact number and the names of the persons visiting.

The information requested in this declaration is for the purpose of contact tracing and should it be required will be shared with Health Officials or NSW Police if requested.

I/We agree to comply with Resort rules and Government directives associated to social distancing and good hygiene practices during our stay at the resort.

Please list the names and mobile numbers of all adult guests and names and ages of all child guests staying at the resort.
